The MMM 2018 conference plans the special issues in above two journals to cover a wide range of fields of the recent MMM conference. Each journal will publish a focus collection of “regular” articles reporting the key advancements in multiscale materials modeling presented during the MMM 2018 conference. Conference participants are encouraged to select one of the journals suitable for your research field and submit full research papers to the special issue on “Multiscale Materials Modeling” in MSMSE or EPJ B. The submitted articles will be peer-reviewed by the journals in the usual manner.
